1. Penny
I think that a penny represents bravery. Bravery was a very common thing in Divergent because Tris was brave when both of her parents died. She was also brave from jumping off a moving train, being the first one to jump of a building, and more. The penny represents being brave because pennies travel all around the world and it could show all of the places (in this case; things that Tris has been through) that it's been through, or how far it's gone through.
2. Color in a colorless group
This represents uniqueness. In Divergent, Tris was considered very unique because she didn't fit into just one of the factions. She had many other qualities to her than just one specific one. That's why she was Divergent. The one color in a colorless group represents Tris sticking out and being original and different.
3. Strong Brain
Like I mentioned in number one; this picture could also represent all that Tris has been through. Although the penny and brain have two different meanings. A penny or money in general travel through a lot and get worn out because of it; that could represent bravery. On the other hand, the brain shows more of her mental strength and all that it's gone through. For example, losing her parents and some of her friends and acquaintances.
4. Glasses on books
The glasses on the books represent intelligence. As well and being brave, Tris was also smart and had strategies that kept her alive through that bravery. Her intelligence helped her stay alive when she was in danger. One of the times that being smart helped her was when she figured out how to stop the brain-washed Dauntless soldiers into causing even more harm in Abnegation.
